Neil MacDonald brings to NovaDX over 14 years of experience in advising and financing early stage companies. Prior to joining NovaDX, Mr. MacDonald was Manager of Retail Corporate Finance with Blackmont Capital Inc. Prior to Blackmont he served as a corporate finance partner with Goepel McDermid, McDermid St. Lawrence Securities and Canaccord Capital. Mr. MacDonald has served on the TSX Venture Exchange Advisory committee as well as the IDA Pacific District Counsel.

Position: Chairman of the Board
Stephen J. Wilkinson, 53, President and Chief Executive Officer, is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2004 Management Limited, Contrarian Resource Fund 2003 Management Limited, Contrarian Resource Fund 2002 Management Limited and Contrarian Resource Fund 2000 Management Limited. Mr. Wilkinson is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of ValGold Resources Ltd., a junior mining issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is a mining executive, corporate director and business consultant based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Wilkinson was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Northern Orion Explorations Ltd. from 1999 to 2002 and from 1996 to 1999, he was the Vancouver based mining analyst for RBC Dominion Securities Inc. responsible for small capitalization and gold and base metal companies. Mr. Wilkinson holds an MBA from Clarkson University, Potsdam New York, an M.Sc. (Geology) from Carleton University and B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Western Ontario.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
As the managing director of InHouseCFO Inc. Mr. Cameron is also CFO and board member of various entities, including the CSCRF Family of Funds, Clearly Lasik Inc., Sonitrol of BC, Breyer Casting Technologies Inc., TheSubstream.com Inc., CFO Capital Management Inc.; and multiple family investment companies. Prior to this Mr. Cameron has been the CFO for RBC Global Private Banking, a Managing, Client and Tax Partner with KPMG LLP, and founder of a number of successful business and investment ventures.

Mr. Peterson has nearly 20 years experience in several key areas in the Canadian capital markets. He has filled senior sales, corporate finance and management roles with national investment dealers HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Yorkton Securities, and Merrill Lynch Canada. He was also President & CEO of private money management firm Watermark Capital Management Inc., and VP Capital Markets with Visiphor Corporation, a publicly traded company that offers data integration solutions and services to clients in Canada and the United States. He is also a Principal of Peterson Capital, a private firm that provides capital markets, corporate communications and investor relations advice and services to private and public companies in the Canadian markets.
