 NovaDX Ventures Corp. is a newly created, publicly-traded, investment management firm. In addition to making investments in select junior resource companies, NovaDX is unique in that it provides investment banking, corporate finance, financial and business advisory, technical project, management and engineering services to junior natural resource companies with market capitalizations between $3-million and $25-million.
