(Vancouver, BC, October 29, , 2010) Novadx Ventures Corp (“Novadx” or the “Company”) - TSX-V: NDX is pleased to announce a very successful Annual General Meeting held yesterday in Vancouver, BC with a record turnout of shareholder votes and shareholders attending the meeting. Mr. Neil MacDonald, President and CEO of Novadx, added that “The Employees, Officers and Directors very much appreciate the support demonstrated by shareholders and received a strong mandate to proceed with the Company's current growth strategy.”
At the meeting, Shareholders elected Mr. Neil MacDonald, Scott Ackerman, Jeff Durno, John King Burns, Dennis Molnar and Peter Espig to serve as directors of the Company for the ensuing year. Mr. John King Burns was appointed as Chairman of the Board. Shareholders also voted to re-appoint Davidson & Company LLP, as its auditors for the ensuing year and re-approved the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.
Mr. MacDonald stated "The Company wishes to welcome our two new board members, Dennis Molnar and Peter Espig.”
